• I talk with people who have to write for their jobs but don't write well enough. I bolster their skills until they are "good enough" to succeed.
  
• I work with whole writing departments of companies, getting them all to do better work via individual lessons and presentations.
  
• And I work with established writers, who need another pair of eyes and ears to get them to the next level. 

I talk to people about:

• business issues ... how to make a living writing, how to sell your work, how to meet the market halfway

• formal problems ... individual writing style ... project organization ... "what you're currently doing wrong"

• "head" issues" ... how to keep on keeping on, how to be a human being while writing, how to tend to the soul when the market is cruel, and editors are being mean.
